The hunt is on for the best businesses in Hounslow for 2017 in association with Hounslow Highways and we have extended the deadline for entries until 30 June due to the current business climate.
Now in their fifth year the awards, organised by Hounslow Chamber of Commerce in association with Hounslow Highways, aim to recognise and reward the achievements of the local business community across the whole of the London Borough of Hounslow. Businesses are invited to put themselves forward for the awards, which will be formally launched on 22nd March 2017 at the prestigious global headquarters of GSK on the Great West Road, Brentford. The finalists will then be invited to a gala dinner and awards ceremony at the Hilton London Syon Park Hotel, on 12th October.
Stephen Fry, Chief Executive of Hounslow Chamber of Commerce, said: “I continue to be very impressed with the quality, enthusiasm and passion of the businesses that enter these awards. These awards demonstrate that Hounslow is an exciting place to work and recognition from these awards can make a difference when securing new customers and new business. Applications are welcome from all local businesses in the borough, large and small and there is no limit to the number of categories that can be entered”.
Speaking on behalf of title sponsors Hounslow Highways, service director Rob Gillespie said “Hounslow Highways is very pleased to be the headline sponsor for the Hounslow Business Awards for the third consecutive year. Hounslow has a diverse and entrepreneurial business base and we are delighted to support their success”.
Councillor Steve Curran, Leader of Hounslow Council, said: “The Hounslow Business Awards are the perfect opportunity for our local businesses to showcase just what they are doing and who they are. We’re extremely proud to be sponsoring these awards again. I urge our local businesses to put themselves forward for the awards and if you know of a business that should be nominated, get them to apply. We want to celebrate our businesses and the part they play in our community.”
